Successful completion of +2 Science with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology / Computer Science with a minimum of 45% (Aggregate) in Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry /Biology /Biotechnology /Computer Science is a must. For admission into 1st year B.Tech programme a student has to appear for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) conducted by CBSE. For details visit www.jeemain.nic.in. As it stands now, Govt. of Odisha is not going to conduct OJEE, hence JEE (Main) entrance is the only roadway to take admission into 1st year B.Tech Programmes offered by us. Exams shall be held online or offline as per the choice of the student. JEE (Main) authorities shall publish two merit lists. One all India merit list the other for Odisha state candidates only. 70% of the seats shall be filled up in Govt. of Odisha counseling, taking students from the Odisha merit list. Around 25% of the seats shall be open for all India merit list, where students of Odisha and pan India can compete.

M.TECH

For admission to First Year Master Degree programme in: Engineering / Technology : GATE qualified candidates or pass or appearing B.Tech/B.E examination from a recognized university with CGPA 6.5 (10 point scale) or 60% marks. GATE qualified candidates or pass or appearing in MCA examination from a recognized university with CGPA 6.5 or 60% marks only for M. Tech in Computer Science and Computer science & IT branches. (a) Preference will be given to candidates having a valid GATE score and (b) non-GATE candidates having a minimum of 60% in aggregate OR CGPA of 6.5/10 at B.Tech./B.E level can also apply. Non-GATE candidates are required to appear at an On-line Test; GATE candidates are exempted from this test.

MBA

Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) conducts OJEE entrance test for the admission to various courses including MBA. Candidates with a valid OJEE MBA score are eligible for the admission to MBA course in various management colleges across Odisha. OJEE MBA is acceptable for the admission in both government and private colleges that offer MBA course across the state. Without OJEE score, the candidates can't get admission in MBA course under state or concession quota. Therefore, OJEE MBA score is mandatory to secure admission under concession or state quota.
